Business Continuity Planning
Disaster recovery and business continuity planning (DR/BCP) should be a vital component of your organisation's resilience plans, detailing procedures for every contingency, from power outages to major disasters. Having well-documented, maintainable procedures in place not only ensures your business will continue to operate with minimal interruption, but can have a direct effect on the safety and well-being of your employees.
Our business continuity consultants are mature business analysts and technical authors, each with several years’ experience in management and consulting within the public and private sectors.
Consultants work with minimal interruption to your business, usually alone, but partnering with your representatives if desired, to deliver practical, effective and sustainable disaster recovery and business continuity procedures for your organization.
