The TQM Guarantee
We guarantee success for all organisations requiring assessment to one of the ISO or BSI standards, provided advice given by TQM is followed.
To date, this guarantee has never needed to be invoked. Should the occasion arise, however, TQM consultants will work free of charge until certification is achieved.Our Consultants
